The MartineB website offers books, recorded workshops, meditations, and other educational or reflective materials. Product descriptions, formats, prices, and delivery details are displayed on the relevant product pages.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address and downloading and securely saving their purchased files.
Download links may remain available for a limited period. Access to a purchased file is intended solely for the individual purchaser.
Personal-Use License
All purchased and downloaded materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The purchaser may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, modify, teach from, or commercially use any MartineB material without prior written permission.
All written, audio, visual, and downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of MartineB and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
MartineB does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
Refunds
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable materials are considered final once the files or download links have been delivered.
When a file is defective, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccessible, please contact MartineB so that the delivery issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Any rights provided by applicable consumer law remain available.
Results and Expectations
Books, workshops, meditations, and other materials are educational and experiential resources. Individual experiences and results vary. Purchase or use of these materials carries no guarantee of a particular physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, or personal result.
